This rating is strictly because of reception. Calling it's 50/50 if they will answer. And call backs really don't ever happen even if you leave a message. I've been treated not so kindly over the phone as as reception is 25% of the experience you get with every Dr office. Cause you have to schedule, reschedule, call ECT. It just for me wasn't worth it. I plan to try another place. The Dr was great. Sweet, caring and tries. But I just can't find it in me to call and schedule again all because of the receptionist. I just don't... read more
Go see Kana for all your PT needs! She’s so thorough and answers any and all questions you have! I saw her for dry needling and my pain is nearly gone! Cannot recommend enough!
Highly recommend Kana for all your PT needs. She is incredibly kind, punctual, and, best of all, helpful! I was having shoulder issues for a year and had been to orthopedists, neurologists, massage therapists, etc with not much relief. I saw Kana and got treatment and she was fabulous and I got more relief than I had had in a long time!
