Do not recommend. Had a preventative maintenance done, temps got cold, didnt use AC since they did it. Went to use, AC didnt work. They dont warranty work at all, just parts. Unless you want to pay $300+ for every visit when the work isnt done correctly.
The guys at Elite are top notch. When my wife and I decided to do some upgrades to our home a new HVAC system was a must. We called 3 different companies with Elite being one of them. They came out answered my questions , gave me the best options for our home and was very polite and professional. Once we accepted the estimate they began work. I don't recommend Elite Refrigeration AT ALL. They have been working on our oil furnace for over a month now putting various parts on to the tune of thousands of dollars. And each time they say it's fixed, the furnace lasts a couple of hours, part of a day, or maybe a couple of days. It's gotten ridiculous! And this is FOR a small business. They know that we have lost multiple days being closed because their fixes haven't worked, and they made it VERY clear they don't care.
