This was one of the most unprofessional and ghetto business experiences I’ve ever had. Deborah attempted to gaslight me about my own qualifications—my credit score is 690, but she was insisting a second-chance rental. Instead of being honest or professional, she deflected, shifted blame, and acted like the issue was me. It wasn’t. I usually don’t do this but I have to warn yall. This my 2nd time dealing with Deborah. She is shady. I signed up for the 2nd chance. She made it seem like that’s what I needed (because she wanted $300) she is not suppose to charge anything she by law suppose to only get paid for is security deposit. The landlord only charged me for first month rent and security deposit. Deborah has been helping me find a home. You tell her everything that you’re looking for and she goes out and finds potential houses, for about 2 days. After that she quits responding and sends nothing. Like you never had your initial conversation, She’s incredibly rude. I highly recommend to not use her as your realtor for any housing situation. FIND A DIFFERENT REALTOR!!!!
Deborah was incredible throughout the entire process. Her attentiveness was exceptional, and she followed through on every promise she made. Thanks to her support, we were able to move into a stunning home despite my credit issues. I can't thank you enough, Deborah! I wholeheartedly recommend her services!
