We cannot say enough positive things about Elite Realty Alliance, especially Deborah Naylor. This was one of the most unprofessional and ghetto business experiences I’ve ever had. Deborah attempted to gaslight me about my own qualifications—my credit score is 690, but she was insisting a second-chance rental. Instead of being honest or professional, she deflected, shifted blame, and acted like the issue was me. It wasn’t.
