Called to inform them of a driver who wasn’t following traffic laws, simply asked them to inform the driver that he had 30+ cars behind him and had multiple opportunities to move over or pull out. Driver was doing 35 in a 55. Dispatch operator hung up on me. I was being incredibly respectful. Maybe hire drivers that have some common courtesy and know to pull out when they have 10+ cars and trucks stacked up behind them. Also great job with the long pauses and hanging up on me. Real professional.

Got colored cement delivered, drivers were polite and Rachel stuck around as long as we needed despite it being her last delivery of the day 😊

Their safety manager Sonny was high on drugs right at the workplace. His eyes were just popping out. What can you say about a company where the safety manager is walking in the yard while been intoxicated? That's just ridiculous. I think their owner should take this into consideration. It's no joke. If their safety manager is not afraid to do it, then probably their drivers are doing same thing.

Called to get a quote, dispatcher says he is not the sales person, gives me a number to call Bob, Bob says they only deal via email, I explained to him the dispatcher told me he is the one that deals with it since I need a 5k psi mix with fiber. Bob tells me I just need a mix design number, I call the dispatcher again, give him the number and he tells me that for that mix I need to reach someone else.
