Tried calling this location, only to get connected to a call center somewhere. They took 10 minutes to take all of my information, only to then tell me that this Dunwoody location is permanently closed.
Excellent service. Accurate & Quick
Made my appointment two days ago when I needed immediate care for two broken knees. When I finally get here, there’s no one to help with a wheelchair to get me inside the building. They then tell me that they cannot help me due to my injuries. It’s likely Dr Barbour’s fault for sending me here. The rep Kimberly was super nice. This is a major communication breakdown and is such a shame.
Everyone was very professional, attentive, polite, respectful, personable and friendly. Thank you very much for making this experience a good one for me. I really appreciate it! Keep up the great work you guys!!!
