I have used Bonnie and Elite Quality Cleaning several times for our rental properties. Every job has been done in a timely manner and has far exceeded my expectations. She does a deep and thorough cleaning every time. I wil definitely continue to use their services!
Set up an appointment to bid on a Full Apartment cleaning she quoted $28 per man hour on the phone and instead of showing up for the meeting to walk through the house, Bonnie sends two people from her "Sister Company". I called her 5 minutes before we were supposed to meet to find out where she was and this is when she informed me that someone else would be arriving.
