I hate to brake their perfect 5.0, but I had a very bad experience here. I contacted them after hip replacement because my doctors and prior PTs all agreed I could not tolerate exercise and needed to be rehabilitated in a swimming pool. They said they would but continued to claim my incision wasn't healed enough even though my dr said otherwise.
