One of the best physical therapist I’ve ever had hands down. I’ve loved spending every Tuesday and Friday with Rachel! When PT is over I’m truly going to miss our PT talks twice a week! Since October 3rd when I first met Rachel their wasn’t a time she didn’t have a smile on her face or simply showed she cared. While PT can sometimes be a drag and I didn’t want to go... When I first walked into elite PT I had a pinched nerve in my neck that was keeping me awake at night and lots of pain in my neck and traps. I had been to chiropractors/ message therapist with no success, I even tried watching physical therapy videos on you tube and treating myself with exercise which actually made it worse. So I had a total knee replacement in August. Started therapy with Luke the following week; I'm not the most flexible guy even before surgery. Luke has kept me motivated and on track since day one. Today I have a great range of motion and things are looking good.
