I was referred to Raven by the VA. All of our appointments were video. I was always on time if not early. The first appointment she was a no call no show. I had to call her office to find out what was going on. I did reschedule and she did show up for this one. Our third appointment was scheduled for yesterday, again no call no show. I am done. Was never sent a link, called multiple times and left voicemails no returned calls, the one time someone did answer they said hello and then remained silent and hung up the phone. The doctor never showed up to the visit and u was never sent a link for the appointment. Would not recommend this place to anyone
Referred to by VA. 1st appointment rescheduled one hour before because Raven Modisette had urgent family emergency. Rescheduled for one week later. 2nd appointment no show by Dr.Abraham Ayodele. As if the VA doesn’t make me feel insignificant enough. Save yourself the time and headache. Deny this referral and request another provider. Elite psychiatry clearly does not care about its patients.
Terrible practice, avoidant- they rarely answer the phone, during the appointments Dr. Modisette seemed very uninterested and gives off she doesn't care. She allowed my child to be without medication she prescribed on several occasions. Overall, as being a woman of color myself, it was very unpleasant experience and put a very bad taste in my mouth for women of color in psychiatry. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone, especially if you genuinely just need help with your children's mental health.
As a former patient, I could go on a rant about how terrible this provider is in every way with personal experiences, but I'll just keep it short and sweet. I wish I could give negative stars. EXTREMELY shady and unreliable. She (Dr. Modisette) was almost always a no show for appointments and it was nearly impossible to get my medications refilled. They don't answer the phone or call back, ever. STAY AWAY!!!!
