Spent five hours in the virtual waiting room the other night only to never get seen, and now they’re not answering their phone I’ve called three times over two days and left multiple messages. I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Don’t go here. These people don’t actually care about their patients if they did I wouldn’t be dealing with what I’m dealing with now.
Trash. Never on time for appointments, if they show at all. I have also been waiting for meds to be filled since MAY. It is now JULY as I type this review. They need to be locked out of the VA Community Care program as well. I’d give -50 stars if I could.
If I could give 0 stars I would! My child is out of her medication that helps her focus at night and the place is telling me that they sent it over three different times but when I went to the pharmacy, the pharmacy showed me that they did not in fact receive it and they tried ( the pharmacy) to call the clinic and they told him that they didn’t have anyone under my child’s name and that the “provider was out of the country “ so I called the clinic again and was told that the pharmacy lied to me and they sent it and then wan... read more
