Went above and beyond. Glenda recently sold our Kirwan investment house . It sold in 2 days post first open. We needed a sale in a tight timeline, and this was achieved. Reached out to check some information on a property last month, but the agent was very cold and almost feels like she didn’t want to talk to me at all over the phone. I hope that’s not the case for the others but to me I wouldn’t want to make an offer after a simple conversation even it’s a good deal.

There are normal real estate agents, then there is Glenda. She does not treat the sales as a business transaction. She values the relationship, goes above and beyond of what is expected.
