Charlotte has been solid as a rock in helping us with our merchandising for shows. Even under tight time crunches these beauties get the job done every time. Communication is always great and quality has never been a concern. Small bands like us really rely on local partnerships and collaboration to grow our brand; happy to have Charlotte in our corner.
Placed an order with 7 days lead time. Was flexible about the product to be guided into something that could be delivered in the time frame. 2 hrs before pick up was told item would not be available for 5-7 days. Exceptionally unprofessional. I would not recommend dealing with this organization.
