Worst case of installers, do not trust as they fit dodgy windows where it fills with water, and flood internally. Upon questioning nah nah it’s properly done 2 year on and finally opens up a window frame it’s full of water. Windows frame absolutely rubbish quality tells me I open and close the window to much and it’s not fit for purpose. We open open it once in the morning and closes it once at night as we run a gymnasium. Worst company to deal with refuses to admit fault and take responsibility.
