NEVER EVER use this company!! The written quote was received, agreed upon and an initial deposit was made. Brian Freeman determined that the full scope of work was not doable and would return the deposit.....I have not received the refund despite voicemail and text message requests. Filed claim in Small Claims Court this morning, we'll see what happens next.
I was looking to have an estimate done for some work I needed done. He agreed to meet me later in the day. Later comes and he calls but then asks me if its something I want to move forward with ASAP and I said no, I just need an estimate first. He then raised his voice and said Im only looking to do work now and you can find someone else!!! Then he hung up the phone.
