This company is top notch. Christian values and so caring and concerning. Navigated us through a VERY difficult process following a hurricane. James Maso was our contact and he checked in frequently to make sure the process was moving along and if we needed anything. On the day on the install, his crew worked non stop and professionally for a beautiful result. We cannot recommend them enough! Thank you Elite for hanging in there with us!
We had three additional Roofing companies do a roof inspection to determine if we had storm damage. None of the found roof damage. James Perry from Elite-Pro Roofing and Construction inspected the roof and identified damage. When the insurance adjuster came to look at the roof, James had cleared his schedule to be there and went up on the roof with him and showed him the damage. James Maso was a huge help for me. A tree fell on my roof and I didn't know what to do so my neighbors said call him and he can help. I'm very glad I did and love my new roof!
Very professional and easy to get along with. James Maso played a big part in my 5 star review, as he kept me up to date regularly with progress and set me up with the right people to help me fairly represent the damage I incurred to the insurance company following Hurricane Milton. I really appreciate the help James provided me and would absolutely use him and the team again if it was necessary.
