Right from the start the salesman Wayne Massengale and office staff were upfront and open. Wayne explained the prosses and assisted the coordination with the insurance company always keeping us in the loop as to the changes required to bring our house to code. When the crew came to start, they were very couscous of existing land scape and protected all of the plants that were near by the house. The job was done in two days from start to finish and the yard was left as they found it. I highly recommend using Elite-Pro Roofing
New to Fl. Needed a new roof and had these guys card for awhile so we called them. We received prompt service and they communicated through throughout the process. Start to finish professional, timely and they got us done even though the weather wasn’t cooperating. They did a fantastic job on my roof and everyone was very communicative throughout the whole process. Anytime I called Brian or anyone else on the team, they took the time to explain the insurance process and answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I'm really glad we found them because there are a lot of less reputable companies out there.
If we ever need a new roof Elite-pro will be the one to do the job. Joshua was wonderful to work with, did everything he said they would do. Went above and beyond expectations. A pleasure to work with good Christian people.
