From inspection to completion, this was a seamless experience. Everyone I dealt with was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They handled everything with my insurance company. Since this was the first claim I have ever made, that was greatly appreciated. I can recommend Elite Pro to anyone needing anything to do with roofing.
From start to finish service was professional and efficient. Communication was great throughout the process. All interactions were between Elite and my insurance company, I didn’t have to do a thing regarding inspections/estimates/ billing, etc. I have a complete roof replacement following windstorm damage.
As of recently finding a roofing company that is adequate enough to fit our needs has been few and far between. This company although was little help, did not effectively help find a solution to my roofing needs in general. Do not recommend.
Outstanding experience! We watched our neighbor's roof being replaced and were impressed with the process and the roofers doing the work in particular. I've reshingled roofs and these guys impressed me. I immediately called Elite and got on their schedule -- and they didn't disappoint! Great job and a great looking roof.
