Where do you start to give 5 star service! From the beginning this was an example of the best customer service and commitment to excellence I have experienced. From Wayne to Makaylla and everyone in between. The WORKERS and the way that they moved across my roof it was like watching an old Singer sewing machine in action. By far exceeded my expectations in their quality and workmanship. Thanks for stopping by after the hail storm and getting me started. Yes, I would recommend them WITHOUT hesitation!!!
We had a couple of small leaks on our aging roof and scheduled an inspection which revealed recent hail damage that should be covered by our insurance. The Elite Pro team was extremely helpful through the entire process, and everything was performed on schedule exactly as they said. A few minor delays on some gutters/trim were communicated promptly and we received updates along the way.
