This company is a fraud. Not sure how they became AHS vendor. They came to my condo to diagnose my dryer machine that has loud noise and technician mentioned to me noise has to do with something mechanical need to be replaced in it. When they sent diagnoses report to AHS, they said it's the air vent not clean causing machine no work properly, something totally not relevant to the issue (plus: air vent is already cleaned before they came, and technician didn't open the vent at all).
