Well, I liked them the first few years, but lately the care has not been so good. 2 or 3 of my last appointments were canceled at the last minute because my cnp wasn't coming in. I was so sick with severe allergies that I asked to see someone else. So I arrived for that appointment and had to wait one hour before they called me in, then another 30 minutes in the exam room waiting. Only writing this because after several attempts at talking to Jamie Sanchez either the messages are not getting to him or he does not care. Also to be clear this is about the Telshore location only not the Foothills location. As a patient you just want your provider to do what they say they will do and to care about what they are doing. I loved having (our doctors name here) as a doctor. I even really liked the assistants.. until they gave up on my care. I had a medication that required a PA.
