Wanted to update! Ran into another Elite patient who had been given lupus meds for some time. She saw Dr. Stephanie who told her it was psoriasis! Got on the right meds and she is so grateful! This happens alot! I hope they dont get too busy to see me ;-) Dr. Stephanie has helped me when others "dismissed" me. Lots of congenital anomalies.. but she takes everything straight on! The staff at Elite has always been very helpful, and courteous. Stephanie and Jaime are really great, and go out of their way for patients. Elite is such a refreshing change from the other pain specialists In town, who seem to have the attitude that we're there for them, instead of the other way around.
Well, I liked them the first few years, but lately the care has not been so good. 2 or 3 of my last appointments were canceled at the last minute because my cnp wasn't coming in. I was so sick with severe allergies that I asked to see someone else. So I arrived for that appointment and had to wait one hour before they called me in, then another 30 minutes in the exam room waiting. He finally came in, spoke to me for 3-5 minutes, recommended a shot, and said the nurse would be right in. Waited another 20 minutes, then she cam... read more
