Only writing this because after several attempts at talking to Jamie Sanchez either the messages are not getting to him or he does not care. Also to be clear this is about the Telshore location only not the Foothills location. As a patient you just want your provider to do what they say they will do and to care about what they are doing. I loved having (our doctors name here) as a doctor. I even really liked the assistants.. until they gave up on my care. I had a medication that required a PA. I am homebound and have been seen by Susan on a regular basis. She is absolutely an angel. I don't believe I've ever received such care and I look forward to every visit she makes!!
ry disappointed with the care I received at this office. The doctor didn’t seem concerned about my condition at all, barely asked any questions, and rushed through the visit. When I went to pick up my prescriptions, they hadn’t even been sent to the pharmacy. I ended up waiting outside the pharmacy for over an hour trying to get someone from the office on the phone—but no one ever answered. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I will not be returning.
