I've been working with Chris for a few months in my bodybuilding journey now and I cannot give him enough credit for the recovery work he’s done for me. He’s recently integrated some more holistic aspects into his work with me and my body has responded incredibly well to the breath work, pressure, and stretching techniques he uses. I can’t wait to keep reaping the benefits of the skills he continues to acquire for his clients. He truly is amazing at what he does and he does it with genuine care and passion.

This was my first session with Christopher, and it was an excellent experience. From the beginning, he was very kind and gentle. He gave me a 30-minute massage that honestly left me wanting more. One of the best recovery massages I’ve had. Super professional, punctual, clean, and very convenient since he’s mobile. It didn’t have me in tears like many deep tissue massages have in the past. It was enough to be effective yet still relaxing enough to doze off. Will definitely be seeing Chris again to continue working out my problem areas.
