I was given a car seat that was so filthy I refused to clean it myself as I usually do. I didn’t want to touch it, the melted gooey food was stuck in every crevice under the seat cover, the seat straps where brown, it was the dirtiest seat I’ve ever seen.. from the moment I contacted Lisa at elite prams, she was so helpful and accommodating, she was able to pickup and drop off the seat to my husbands work (for a small fee).
