What a mess! Awful service, this company did not provide the service or quality of work promised. I am very dissatisfied with the whole experience. I would not recommend anyone use this company!!! I now have to find a new company to come in and fix tile, decking, demonstrate how to use the salt system, test levels along with purchase features we were never told about during our building process. they close so early .special on summer time
I signed a contract in Nov. Nov 10th to exact. Still waiting for completion. Poor communication and follow thru. I am very sorry to have contracted with this company. No one has lived up to their commitment, not even the owner. BEWARE!!!!
The Elite crew did a fantastic job. We could not be happier and the end result has exceeded our expectations. They are very talented and kept us updated on the progress and what was next. We would highly recommend Mike Desimone and Elite Pools and Spas!
