Super helpful and kind owners. Our new favorite!
I have used Elite pools to open and close my pool the last two summers. Both Jenn and Roger the owners have gone above and beyond to provide reliable service. Most recently I brought in my pool vacuum for repairs. My son jumped in the pool and accidentally broke the wheel off. Jenn was able to fix the vacuum wheel and a couple other failing parts using spare parts she had. Bottom line is this company is knowledgeable and puts in the work to take care of their customers. Roger sucks company sucks he don’t want to pay his guys what they worth fired me because he said I wasn’t asking enough questions when I had more then 5 plus years of pool experience just for his wife to turn Around try reach back out to me opening season for a job lol highly not recommended
I had an amazing experience with Elite Pool Service! I initially reached out to them because I was unhappy with the service I received from another pool person I had hired. I felt like they weren’t doing a good job and didn’t know what they were doing. When I spoke to Jen, she informed me that they don’t typically service my area, but later that day, she and her husband called back to say they would come by and help me out. Great staff. The owner has a lot of knowledge on how to care for your hot-tub. They helped me get a handle on my new hot-tub and walked me through adjusting the right levels.
