Service is terrible. Doesn’t respond in a timely manner. Was to have new safety cover last fall, then changed to spring, then said by July 8. Sent him a message end of August. Never responded to message. Finally had enough, of no shows and no responses, and contacted another company, and safety cover installed in one week. This was not the first time with poor service from Neiel Kuhn. We may not have been a high dollar customer, but a customer never the less, and deserved better service.
