Jeff Phillips gladly took my deposit and then NEVER came back. After months of excuses for delays I requested a refund. He then ignored my texts, calls and e-mails. I'm currently in civil court to get my money back. Jeff didn't respond to the subpoena by the sheriffs office. He didn't respond to the judges order or findings and I'm currently putting a lien on his property. You will never find a more classless individual.
This man is a scam artist. He has started many many pools this year and completed none. He collects money and doesn’t respond or show up! Do not use this guy.
DO NOT HIRE JEFFREY PHILLIPS d/b/a ELITE POOLS & SERVICE out of Concord/Midland, North Carolina! We hired Phillips to put a pool in at our new home this past spring. We paid Phillips SEVENTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($17,000) and all we have to show for it is a huge hole in our backyard, a broken irrigation system and a broken fence.
