Opened pool to crystal clear blue water. They turned it green & murky in 20 minutes. They opened filter unauthorized & blamed DE grid. Filter doesn't turn water green in 20 minutes. Charged me additional $350 to replace grid. They caused new leaks in filter when reassembling it. Tech went on youtube to research repairing it & quoted another $250 to fix the leak they created. Purchased a gas heater elsewhere. Had my Hayward install it. We had problems. Called Elite on a whim. Came out, fixed the pool for less than Hayward did with no problems after. Will use from now on😉
