I have not used this company’s services yet, but if what I witnessed at Walmart means anything, you should absolutely choose this company for their integrity and genuine care. As I was driving through the Walmart parking lot, an elderly woman pushing a cart asked four young men from this company if they could help her take her items to her car. I recently had some work done on my pool pump, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the faulty part efficiently. They arrived on time, were professional and courteous, and explained the problem in a way that was easy to understand. I’ve been using Elite Pool Maintenance for several years now. I really love the way the owner and the entire team take care of their customers. They are extremely knowledgeable about pool maintenance and what equipment and products are needed to maintain the pool. There are several different pool companies in the area and I will only use them. I would recommend this company to anyone.
My only experience with them is me driving on Furys Ferry and a work vehicle with their branding turning onto Inverness Way and went through the light and blocked the intersection so that cars on Furys Ferry could not drive when the light turned green. It's a gated community, there was a stand-still line; company driver should have just waited for the next green rather than block intersection. This occurred aprox 9:47 am Eastern time on Monday March 24th, 2025.
