I feel compelled to share my experience with Elite Pools and Spa based on what I observed while working at a client's facility. They were hired to hook up a new 16x32 pool, and I was shocked to learn they charged $250.00 per hour. They sent two technicians, one of whom was still in training, yet the client was charged for both. After the pool was filled, a leak was discovered in the fitting they installed. Excellent place for pool & spa supplies. Friendly staff.
Very friendly, very knowledgeable and were able to help me on deciding on a new pool. Prices are higher than online but i would rather do business local and build a relationship with a shop then buy products online without support especially for warranty work. I will be back to buy supplies and for more of their pool knowledge!
