Need to swap out an older inground pool pump with a new one and elite had what we needed. Customer service was great and needed a little assistance with the swap out. (Old pump had male threads, new pump female). Elite sent out a tech to help and the tech was very helpful. Recommend elite pools for anyone needing servicing, parts, or assistance.
Dealing with Elite pools And Lauren particularly has been second to none . Thank you for all you did for us! Very professional ,patient,friendly,knowledgeable,willing to figure out and take time to find the problems and solutions. We are very please with the customer service! I feel compelled to share my experience with Elite Pools and Spa based on what I observed while working at a client's facility. They were hired to hook up a new 16x32 pool, and I was shocked to learn they charged $250.00 per hour. They sent two technicians, one of whom was still in training, yet the client was charged for both. After the pool was filled, a leak was discovered in the fitting they installed.
