I hate to do this, but where do I begin. You’ve been warned. I had Jeremiah install a gas tankless water heater on my home. He quoted me a 9.5 gpm heater and I came home to a 8.4 gpm heater and he ended up pocketing the difference. Charged me to install a receptacle for said heater that he didn’t do. Service was good, but didn't come out and fix what I originally asked for. Instead suggested a way more expensive solution that didn't even solve the problem and wasn't what was originally asked. Then wanted more money to fix what was originally requested to be done when it didn't work.
