We built a new home, the plumbing was done through elite plumbing, very disappointed. Storm water not done to specs, mains water sat just under the top soil across the front of house. Our bath has been stuck down twice and still moving around the bathroom, neither of the plumbers have followed the specs for installation for that particular model and the plumber that installed the second time was so rude when spoke to him. I wanted to relay my experience with elite. Had a last minute follow up maintenance call which Jason attended this morning. Was on time, fixed both plumbing issues and was kind enough to assist with a washing machine issue I had and on to of that explained the A/C overflow had not been installed correctly. Also educated if the issue was to arise again (wedding he said it wouldn't as fixed but good as plumbing has changed since I could dyi) Very friendly, can do attitude of a plumber and very greatful. Thank you.

Each plumber I have dealt with have been abrupt and rude to me. In my new build they haven’t installed a simple dishwasher properly, it took 1 month to get the sink plumbed properly (after move in) and now I have had to get another plumbing company to fix the disgusting job they did not installing the dishwasher. Would not recommend at all
