Great place had the cartridges that I needed unlike the other 2 plumbing houses I visited in Greensburg looking for the parts. Elite was happy to help me and didn't make me feel like I was bothering them like the ones in Greensburg did as they just dismissed my questions and made me feel like I was bothering them while they where playing on their phones. Elite will be my go to plumbing place.
Went today to pick bath fixtures for a new tub we're having put in. We were treated like we were not welcome in the store. The sales associate never even stood up, we could hardly even see him. Our questions hurt him to answer us. Guess he thought we couldn't afford his precious fixtures. We are recently retired redoing some rooms in our home. We are local, my husband' all his life.
