Went today to pick bath fixtures for a new tub we're having put in. We were treated like we were not welcome in the store. The sales associate never even stood up, we could hardly even see him. John the owner seemed to be a decent guy. Rich, one of the main guys is pretty cool too. I've purchase things from them about a half dozen times. My last experience was poor at best. I came in to purchase material. Specifically, a washing machine box. After paying $43 for it, I decided to return it. I only needed a cpvc type box.
