Our envirocycle septic system warning sounded soon after midnight last night, which I muted! After evaluation this morning, I found the aerator pump (Secoh HDK-80) had failed, so I looked online and phoned around to find prices exorbitant for a similar model in a different brand. Ross and Brooke from Elite Waste Water and Plumbing were able to come out promptly to replace a failing septic/grey water system at very short notice. The work was outstanding and the price was exactly what was quoted even though Ross had to do a lot of extra work to replace the existing (dodgy) plumbing that had been hooked up by previous owners. I highly recommend them.

Ross and the team did an amazing job on our HSTP system. Clean, efficient and very informative. Very accommodating when our build was constantly delayed, and the feedback from the designers of the system (designed as part of the build) was Elite took more care than the usual crews used when building.
