This company likes to take money and not deliver part..Have been waiting for part for almost a year..Two guys had come and looked at washer, but part needs to be ordered...Well they have taken so long that I have canceled.. They will not reimburse on money paid for a non service call.. They have a 3 month money return policy which they did not say. The man who was out last said if he can not fix or get part he would reimburse, they are not true to their word, go elsewhere people...
