Extremely Disappointing Experience — Incomplete Repair & Unprofessional Service I had an absolutely terrible experience with Elite Plumbing, specifically with a technician named Brock. Scheduled an appointment that was assigned to Brett. He arrived a little after the timeframe due to an emergency call. He was very professional and took care of both of my issues quickly! I could not be happier. Will be calling Elite again if I need assistance in the future!
Brock with Elite plumbing did a great job. He called to let me know what time he would arrive and was very knowledgeable and professional. My toilet tank would not refill and the tank was leaking. He knew what to do and completed the job quickly.
Wonderful, would highly recommend! I had issues with an old toilet / drains after they had been sitting unoccupied for a while. My home warranty assigned Elite Plumbing and Brock was very helpful. Fast to respond/schedule, took time to explain what was happening to me, and went above and beyond. Very much appreciated & would call again if I face any other issues.
