I had a great experience with Elite Piers for my deck foundation. Rick was super easy to work with and went above and beyond. There was an issue with the construction crew during framing and it required Rick to come back and make a couple of adjustments to one of the piers. I can honestly say, Rick's meticulous attention to detail and expertise made me 100% confident in these footings! During the installation process, I heard him mention to one one of his team, "quarter of an inch." That's the detail! I also witnessed some difficulty with the second to the last footing due to rocks below grade. I was amazed the way he was able to continue by shifting the angle of the footing while installing. That's the expertise! I highly recommend Rick to anyone needing footings!
Rick is knowledgeable and thorough. Gets the job done and thinks of the customer first so makes sure I'm happy with the final product he provides!
