Top notch gym.The equipment is always clean and well-maintained, and there’s a great variety for every type of workout. Shaun is super friendly and welcoming, and really makes for a motivating atmosphere without being intimidating. It’s a place where you actually look forward to training. Highly recommend!

This isn’t your typical ladies-only gym, but honestly, women feel totally comfortable here! It’s cozy and intimate, like working out with your closest crew. Everyone treats each other like family, and the owner and the whole team are super friendly — honestly, just for them, it’s worth coming back. Plus, the music? It’s like a mini rave in here, so you might find yourself dancing more than lifting sometimes. I live in Anglesey north Wales, and I can't recommend Elite Physiques enough Shaun took the time for a phone consultation took all my details and did me a diet plan and a training plan.
