I live in Anglesey north Wales, and I can't recommend Elite Physiques enough Shaun took the time for a phone consultation took all my details and did me a diet plan and a training plan. Fantastic gym to go to, great care shown to gym members here cannot fault this gym, been coming here for about 2 years and have made serious gains under Shaun’s guidance. 48kg to 67kg in less than 2 years and without any belly fat .
