Chris, Carl, and the whole Elite Physiques team are the best in town. They’re professional, they’ll push you and help you hit your goals, and they’ll keep you motivated the entire time. My wife and I have been with them for three years since moving to Vero and have gotten AMAZING results. If you’re looking for a personal trainer, do yourself a favor and stop by and get to know them.
My husband & I hired Chris 6mo ago keep commenting on how sexy we feel. Not just because of our muscles, but also because of our mindset. My husband couldn’t gain muscle the way he wanted & now I grab them all the time. I have never felt this fit. So grateful for such a knowledgeable and laid back trainer in Vero.
