Love this place! Truly, a welcoming and thriving environment to be in. A Supportive atmosphere fills the air as Mercedes continues to push the limits through every aspect of a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Personal training is affordable plus, the monthly membership is very flexible with my personal schedule. What a place to be....truly amazing.
Mercedes makes working out fun AND hard. I've gotten much stronger and more capable since working out with her. Her gym is very clean and offers much variety, so you never get board doing the same routine. She assists with meal plans and weekly workout routines even when not at the gym. We've met others at her gym who have become our friends, making us want to return 2-3x per week. I highly recommend Mercedes. She is extremely knowledgable!

Easily the best decision I made for myself and my health When I signed up with Mercedes for personal training. The private sessions are tailored to my body and my needs with just enough push to make sure I am always growing. She also does an amazing meal plan so I can stay on track when I’m not in the gym.
