Elite Physique truly provides personalized training at your fitness level using different combinations of exercises across machines and free weights. You are challenged, but the challenge is positive and supportive. The gym itself offers a huge variety of machines and weights in a very clean and friendly environment. I am very happy working on my goals of increasing strength, flexibility, and good health.
Love this place, Mercedes is straightforward and is consistently motivating us. She keeps her studio clean and is always encouraging and challenging with new programs.

Love this place! Truly, a welcoming and thriving environment to be in. A Supportive atmosphere fills the air as Mercedes continues to push the limits through every aspect of a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Personal training is affordable plus, the monthly membership is very flexible with my personal schedule. What a place to be....truly amazing.
Mercedes makes working out fun AND hard. I've gotten much stronger and more capable since working out with her. Her gym is very clean and offers much variety, so you never get board doing the same routine. She assists with meal plans and weekly workout routines even when not at the gym. We've met others at her gym who have become our friends, making us want to return 2-3x per week. I highly recommend Mercedes. She is extremely knowledgable!
