I cannot say enough great things about Mercedes! She helped me get my body back postpartum and feel stronger, mentally and physically after navigating being a new mom. She fosters a sense of community at her studio, and she goes above and beyond to try and make things work for you if possible. If you want results, you have to put in the work— there is no babying, but Merced’s is the person that will push you to get there. She is worth every penny and sore muscle
