My experience at Elite has been exceptional. I find the staff very friendly and welcoming and very professional. They truly care about their clients. I was very impressed with Ravirajsinh. From the beginning, he mapped out my plan and has been very good at communicating the plan and any changes. I highly recommend Elite for physio.
I had a great experience with my physiotherapist, who was not only incredibly professional but also kind and attentive throughout my treatment. She quickly diagnosed the issue with my wrist and explained everything clearly, which made me feel confident and well taken care of. The treatment was effective, and I noticed real improvement. Her staff were also friendly, helpful, and made every visit comfortable. I truly appreciate the care I received and would highly recommend her and her team to anyone in need of physiotherapy.
Been going here for a few months to help with my chronic back pain. The staff are all so kind and welcoming. The physiotherapists are very knowledgeablable and always check in to make sure youre ok. The front staff/receptionist is absolutely the sweetest; such a gem. I recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a physiotherapist and likes quality care
I went to Elite Physio specifically for low-level light therapy (LLLT), but the experience was extremely upsetting. Despite arriving 15 minutes early, the physiotherapist showed up 25 minutes late (after our scheduled appointment time) with no explanation. I should have taken that as my sign to leave right then; however, they had already run through my payment using my benefit details before our session even began. I highly recommend Elite Physio Ottawa for expert care in a warm and supportive environment. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Every session I received was thorough and personalized. Over time, I noticed significant improvements in my condition.They put in great effort to ensure patients feel comfortable.
