The receptionist here made an appointment with me for an evaluation(first time appointment) on a day that they closed early. I actually called to let them know I'd be five minutes late and they said no worries, come on in. I show up, and she goes "you should have told me it was an evaluation!" ummm I did speak to YOU at length about this being my first appointment.
