My journey with Elite has been life changing! I was referred for PT for help with an unsteady gait. The fabulous Jenna helped me to not only improve my steadiness, but to improve and become stronger. Along the way there were other issues discovered such as rotator cuff injuries. With each new injury Jenna accommodated and modified my routine so that not only did it improve my pain, she taught and gave me the tools and instruction to do this on my own.
