My journey with Elite has been life changing! I was referred for PT for help with an unsteady gait. The fabulous Jenna helped me to not only improve my steadiness, but to improve and become stronger. Along the way there were other issues discovered such as rotator cuff injuries. I have never had a more caring and enthusiastic experience at physical therapy, as I have had in lincoln, at Elite physical therapy with Alexis and her team of amazing informed individuals! They really listen to my questions and concerns and offer fantastic advice and solutions in layman's terms so I can understand my condition and how to help myself at home as well.
