Very knowledgeable, Ray takes time if needed. Concerning & wize to medical needs
My physical therapist was great. However, their billing system is absolutely awful. I was told a certain amount significantly lower than the actual cost. I have it written down that Elite Physical therapy told me the cost would be $16 a session. Then apparently in reality it’s around $70 a session. Even though I have it completely written down and I have spoken to billing as I’m left with a large bill. After struggling with lower back pain for about two months, I finally found relief through PT at Elite Physical Therapy in Johnston. From my first session, Ray, my physical therapist, made me feel at ease and instilled confidence in his approach to my treatment. I can't say enough good things about Claudia. I've been doing physical therapy for plantar fasciitis on my left foot. Claudia has been excellent - she's very personable, easy to talk to, kind, and very knowledgeable. She's a great asset to your team and I'm very grateful she's my therapist. I also want to thank Alex and Ray for their help as well. They're also very knowledgeable and helpful.
