Very productive initial visit. I feel that the exercise program, will help me “get back on my feet”.
After just 1 session, I knew this wasn't the place for me. It's extremely small, with no privacy when talking, and the wait times are ridiculous considering you have to make an appointment. Plus, the waiting area is just a handful of chairs against the wall by the toilet. The atmosphere is VERY LOUD and unnerving, with children allowed to roam around and act like they're on a playground. The owner showed himself to be arrogant and rude.
Absolutely wonderful place to go and receive help with pain I will recommend your team to everyone I know who needs help. Y'all are amazing and I thank God for bringing me to the most friendly, fun, beneficial place to go for physical therapy.
I adore Dan and his team at Elite. They are friendly and compassionate. Dan helped me get complete range of motion back in my shoulder. Upon completion of my therapy, they even took the time to send a “Thank You” note, which I found thoughtful. I would recommend them to anyone needing PT services.
I find this place very unprofessional, I walk through the door all 8 or9 white employees look at me but did not recognize me. After 20 minute pases my appointment I went to confront my delay..they said they. All staff didn't see me never call my name..never recognize..I believe if any balck work there I would have been recognize
