Their staff is not professional, or considerate for the people they are "supposedly" trained to assist. They leave you waiting because they are too busy chit-chatting with each other. Not attentive or respectful to the clients they are there to serve~and some are just down right rude & dismissive to the clients.
The PT was adequate at best. My experience with the receptionist, the billing department, and the records department was dismal. Not so much because of personalities, but because of policies and processes. Scheduling, billing, and records were all managed as separate departments and no one seemed to know what the other was doing. Nope.
I went to this office a little over 9 months ago. Although the office is smaller than a gym, the staff were efficient, flexible and the fact that they rotated the different staff was actually effective as a pair of fresh eyes would actually help me stay focused on the actual process of working my best, not falling into a routine. They took care to consult and update with my orthopedic doctor, as well as being very open and communally friendly to every patient. I've been calling for 2 weeks they do not respond to my voicemails front desk is horrible as well as rude but the physical therapists are great individuals.
