WOW! I was so excited to read such great reviews in the recent years, and to my dismay the young gal that answered the phone was very curt with her response to a simple question. I'm glad my question was answered but, I absolutely do not want to go in there now for my physical therapy. Awkward! I hope my PCP can put in a referral for Movement for Life PT.
Gavin, physical therapist, is outstanding. He spends plenty of time and explains everything thoroughly on what he is doing on my shoulder. The P T aides are also wonderful and very helpful, especially Jocelyn.
I just had my third session with these folks. I have had physical therapy at three other places for my neck problems and these guys by far are the best! The first Doctor I met with was amazingly helpful and easy to talk to and really knew her stuff. When I go in for my follow-ups I am so impressed with a friendly the staff is and how well everyone works together as a team. Highly recommend them.
I have been to two other physiotherapy clinics in the area so I'm in a good position to state that All Star in La Quinta is just the best. From the receptionists to the assistants to the physiotherapists I have been treated promptly, professionally, with kindness and respect. The facility is clean and well organized. Appointments are on time. This is the only physio clinic I will go to from now on.
All Star Physical Therapy, is top-tier. it’s refreshing when you walk in, the girls at the front desk greet you with a smile and a hello. There is minimal waiting time, the aides are prompt, attentive & friendly. I can’t say enough positives about my Physical Therapist, Kathy Alvarado. After 4 small strokes, she has helped get my balance and gait back in check. I still have work to do. But she has helped me gain strength and confidence. Thank you so much,All Star Physical Therapy for getting me back on track.
