I’ve been training at Elite for about a year now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the most welcoming fitness environments I’ve ever experienced. I first used Elite for individual training at 59 in 2011 in preparation for major abdominal surgery. I trained for 3 months prior to the surgery, then for another 3 months after recuperating. It was the best decision I made in a long time regarding my personal health. Before that I never used a trainer, and was never a big gym person. I stayed on as a member for two years. Great gym with awesome trainers. Had 2 training sessions with David, who was extremely knowledgeable about existing workouts that i wanted to focus on as well as showed me new workouts to incorporate into my regime. Would highly suggest david to anyone no matter the fitness level. Overall, the gym was very clean, never packed, and really convenient with its 24-hour access. Will definitely use again when im back in the area.
