I’ve been a member for almost two years and have been working with Jeff Cushman. He has been helping me get back in shape after I’ve had surgeries for left knee and left hip replacement plus a neck fusion and two carpal tunnels surgeries as well. This personal training with Jeff has helped me very much. I highly recommend Elite Personal Training. The Gym is located 43 Constitution Drive in Bedford New Hampshire.

I’ve been training at Elite for about a year now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the most welcoming fitness environments I’ve ever experienced. From the moment you walk in, the staff greets you like family — even though I train with one trainer, I’ve gotten to know almost everyone who works there, and they always take the time to say hello and check in.
