I wish I knew about this location before I joined Planet Fitness. Great private gym with 24 access. The owner was very informative and gave us a good family package. After taking some time off this is a great way to ease back into it. Plenty of free weights and personal training is available from a variety of experienced coaches.
Elite Fitness is a great gym/fitness center. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. My trainer, Maria, was great! She worked with me toward my goals and was very cognizant of any limitations. The 24-hour access is SO appreciated!
Great welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Wonderful people. The two locations right here in Bedford are a great plus too; the western Bedford location is loaded with great equipment and the eastern Bedford location has both equipment and studio space!
