The “Cheers” of gyms and more. Best gym in town and worth every penny. I never expected a gym to feel like a family and be so supportive of your individual needs and goals! If I ever had to leave I’d be SO sad!! They have a member for lifeTY Elite Team for making fitness and health so much more fun!

I wouldn’t be where I am physically and mentally if I didn’t come to Elite. I’ve been coming to Elite for almost 4 years (starting with 1:1 personal training and then group classes) and I don’t see myself training anywhere else. The coaching team is nice and knowledgeable, and they know ways to modify your workouts to accommodate for injuries, surgeries, fitness level, etc. I’ve also learned most of what I know about nutrition, macros, and diet from Elite.
