Absolutely love it, it’s one thing to go on about the fitness but for me it’s the people. Don’t get me wrong the fitness is working and I’m mentally & physically better that I’ve been in years but the people! The support is outstanding, there’s never judgement only support.
Fraser and Britt from Rebuild Capalaba are amazing, they are extremely professional, well educated, knowledgeable and most importantly amazing caring humans. They go the extra mile in every aspect to get the extra 1% for you, improve performance and give the best experience possible. They are very accomodating with us taking our 2yr and 4yr old kids everyday to hang out in the designated kids area, they are family friendly. I’ve been with Rebuild for over 9 months now, and I’ve never been more consistent in my training. The community is what keeps me coming back every day! I’m very lucky to have coaches like Fraser and Brittany. They’re incredibly supportive, engaging, and always offer great advice. I genuinely love coming to class every day!
