Incredible team of coaches with a world of experience, who value their members and are building a fitness community anyone would want to be apart of.
I started at Rebuild Capalaba in January with 1:1 coaching sessions with Britt. She was understanding, supportive, adapted her coaching to my learning style and was honestly instrumental in me making the jump to classes. I’ve been participating in classes since May and haven’t looked back. The coaches are invested and knowledgeable; the training blocks are a great way to learn movements and build good foundations as well as compare your own progress over time; and the members have been so welcoming - it’s a great community. ... read more
Such an impressive gym with fantastic facilities and top-quality equipment. The coaches at Capalaba are friendly, encouraging and always willing to help, whether you’re experienced or just getting started. You can tell there’s a real focus on creating a supportive environment while still providing an amazing space to train. Highly recommend!
Consistently impressed with the coaching quality here. Every session feels programmed with purpose, and the coaches clearly care about getting your form right rather than just keeping you moving. It’s a solid community too, everyone’s welcoming and the effort in the room pushes you to work harder. The results have followed naturally. Can’t recommend it enough.
