I’ve been with Rebuild for over 9 months now, and I’ve never been more consistent in my training. The community is what keeps me coming back every day! I’m very lucky to have coaches like Fraser and Brittany. They’re incredibly supportive, engaging, and always offer great advice. I genuinely love coming to class every day!

Great coaches, great community and everyone feels welcome I can’t recommend rebuild enough!
Whilst looking for a strength and conditioning gym I came across Rebuild. I’m so glad I found this gym with its great community vibe and knowledgeable coaches. There is an area for my young children to sit and play, and the coaches have assisted in (the many) times when it hasn’t gone to plan. My husband has since joined and we are so happy with our ongoing improvements to physical and mental health. Coaches are spot on with scaling, cues and encouragement, and members are supportive and kind.
