I am so happy I found this place! The group classes are hands on, everyone is super encouraging. From the front desk to the trainers and the owners checking in, I truly feel valued and like they genuinely care about my fitness jouney. I've taken classes with Edwin and Adrian, both are engaging and really take time to make sure everyone understands the workouts and gives helpful feedback. Out of all the gyms, I feel like this one has a sense of community. Definitely worth checking out!

I went to take a class at this location with Coach Spencer because my girlfriend was raving about the classes. It as a phenomenal class by Coach Spencer and he was very motivational without being too pushy. It was the perfect workout to get a good sweat going but not overly exhausting and time consuming. They are doing great work over at Elite Performance!

Coach Bryant at Elite Performance Gym is phenomenal! He goes above and beyond to design a tailored training program that perfectly aligns with my fitness goals. Not only does he push and challenge me to achieve new milestones, but he also ensures that every workout is safe and effective.
