I loved the functional strength classes here! They’re a perfect 1-hour workout that hits all the right spots and leaves you feeling great in your body. The coaches give amazing individual attention and genuinely care about your progress. It’s the perfect balance — you can push yourself to the limit or take it slower when you need to, and you’ll always feel supported. The community is welcoming, with people of all levels working out together.
Great gym and coaches. It was my first time and I don’t really use weights to work out but everyone was so helpful, patient and supportive. The coaches help assist with modifications and in creating more confidence so you can exercise better and safer.
Elite Performance Gym is an amazing facility! The equipment is top-notch, and the gym is always clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere is motivating, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, this is a great place to train!
I really liked this gym. I originally signed up for my young daughter, but she ended up not enjoying martial arts in general. Still, the staff was incredibly friendly and stayed engaged, communicating with me multiple times throughout the process. The facility itself is also very clean and well-maintained.
