I love Elite Performance Bodyworks, the people here really know what they’re doing with recovery and it has helped me ultimately with running fatigue, tightness, and pain management. Thank you to Anthony and the crew for really working on my muscles and allowing me to keep running healthy as well as getting some crazy personal records. I highly recommend going here if you need deep tissue massage therapy!
I cannot recommend Anthony enough, he is not your normal “massage therapist” or your normal “physical therapist” because he is skilled at both he is the jack of all trades. I first started seeing Anthony 2 years ago for a back issues. He truly identifies the problems with your body and works to get you the best result which isn’t always “just the back”. Highly recommend Anthony. Very knowledgeable, informative and one of the best in the business for soft tissue sports injury, recovery and injury prevention. Whatever your massage needs are, he will listen and respond with impeccable care.
Anthony is one of the few experienced therapists for sports related recover and injury prevention. I have been working with him since the beginning of this year and able to stay injury free thru my marathon training. Highly recommend!
