Referred through Carmax ; max care warranty. Came here a year ago for oil dripping onto my exhaust, issue was fixed. Deductible charged. Took my car to BMW Dealership in October, was told I needed new tires and new breaks for my back axil. January comes and issue with leaking oil occurs again, took it to the same shop. Ask them to fix oil leak again, and to change my breaks. They had my car for a WEEK during a slight Texas freeze. Spectacular experience, their team works best when you order parts in advance upon scheduling a appointment. I dropped my car off in the morning when they opened, and the knocked it out a axel replacement on my fj cruiser in under 4hrs. Would recommend them to anyone. Prices are fair, customer service was outstanding!
They not do perfect job they did work to my vehicle twice and still, running with a problems not perfect job
Honest guys, no BS, have a genuine desire to work the right way. After getting my family hauler back, the immediate seat time impression was positive and appears to be solid after a few weeks of use. Robby was easy to work with - would definitely recommend. FWIW - my Durango has 127k on it and needed some general maintenance done, but if you know 3G Durangos it can be time consuming. They also snap exhaust manifold bolts... But the guys at Elite did a good job.
I dropped my not so nice 2014 focus st off for coolant issues and they got it fixed fast for a pretty decent price. Everyone there was super nice and they gave me frequent updates of my car. I will definitely go back if I ever need to and will recommend others to go there as well!
