Elite Fitness is hands down my favorite gym and fitness program I’ve ever been a part of. The class format is so well thought out and feels much more athletic than your typical group fitness class. Very poor service. I expected much better based on what I had heard, but it was a complete letdown. Staff behavior was unprofessional, and the response time was unacceptable.

Very bad service. Completely unprofessional and disappointing experience. I felt misled throughout the process, and the promises made were not fulfilled at all. It honestly felt like a scam. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Terrible experience from start to finish. The management clearly does not care about customer satisfaction. Everything felt disorganized, and no one was willing to take responsibility. I won’t be coming back.
